Training defines our very existence. While recruitment training is a given, attending our skill enhancement workshops is also mandatory for every employee. This helps them deliver cutting edge excellence and helps us offer our valuable clients the crème of the talent. Team spirit and self-governance are also fostered through these ongoing sessions.
The content of the course modules are validated by industry experts, while training, both onsite and offsite, is delivered by an experienced faculty. They rely on multiple training aids such as printed manuals, audio-visuals, simulated environments (e.g. hotels), site visits etc. to make the courses more interesting.
